Each tech is compared only to their own history — never to another tech. A zone that's naturally more spread out, or has more driving between stops, isn't penalized just for being a different shape than someone else's zone.

For every day in the selected range with real field work logged:

Expected time = (machines worked that day × this tech's own historical average minutes-per-machine) + (miles driven that day × this tech's own historical average drive-minutes-per-mile).
Actual time = the drive time and machine-service time this tech actually logged that day (Admin time is excluded from both sides — it's real work, just not part of the route workload being measured).

The score for the whole range is (sum of every qualifying day's expected time) ÷ (sum of every qualifying day's actual time) × 100 — not a day-by-day average, so one unusually short or long day can't swing the whole range.

100% means a tech finished in exactly the time their own history predicts. Above 100% is faster than their own average; below 100% is slower. A day with no real field work logged isn't counted at all.

Color bands (red/yellow/green) are admin-configurable in App Settings. A tech with too little history yet to have a reliable personal average uses a reasonable fallback until they build one up.

🔧 Parts Wear-Out Estimate

Estimated average time a part lasts before it's replaced again, pooled across every machine and every tech that has ever logged one — not broken out by machine or zone, just an overall figure per part. Gets more accurate the more replacements get logged over time. A part needs at least two logged replacements on the same machine to contribute a sample (the very first time a part is logged on a machine has no prior date to measure a gap from).

⚠️ Possible Premature Replacements

A tech whose own average interval for a part is well below everyone else's average for that same part — a signal worth a conversation, not an automatic judgment. Replacement timing is still a tech's own call in the field; this just surfaces a pattern that might not otherwise stand out. Needs at least 3 of the tech's own replacements and 5+ from everyone else to appear here.

Every machine in your scope with at least one photo on file, all-time -- not just today's. Search narrows the machine list below; "View All Photos" opens every photo from every machine currently matching that search in one gallery.

Counts occurrences of admin-defined tracked fault categories (Admin panel → Route Building → Fault Tracking) across your zones, plus the estimated tech hours (on-site + drive time) spent on each -- e.g. how often a "Premature Full" sends a tech out for something that wasn't the machine's fault. Only visits logged after a category was added to the admin list are counted going forward; nothing is back-filled from before it existed.

How often each tech's arrival was auto-detected by GPS vs. manually tapped, over the selected range. A high manual rate isn't proof of anything by itself (bad GPS coverage in a zone causes this too) -- it's flagged here purely as a signal worth a look, using the threshold set in Admin panel → Route Building → Arrival Integrity. Fix Location corrections in the same range are listed below so one landing right before a manual arrive is easy to spot.
